Designing and drawing house plans was Roy’s background, dating back to high school. Realizing the need for efficiency in homes and in an effort to exceed current buildingstandards, Roy began his career as a builder in 1982. His vision is to build efficient homes, and his passion is to design and build each home as if it were his own. He strives for efficiency in the following three areas: design, energy usage, and low maintenance. His goal is to offer the best in technology so you can afford to live comfortably for years to come. He knows most people barely have the time and money to maintain a home, much less be faced with costly repairs and up-keep in a few years. Roy also knows that there may be several owners of a home, and each of them should be allowed the benefit of an efficient home. He believes that investing a little more now will save a lot later!
