My New Blog

Well, my client is closing on his house soon.  Here's a photo of the outside

He very detailed and organized, so he took several good photos of the inside which we hope to be uploading soon.  They show the problems left by the previous owners, as well adirt and grime that can happen when a house has been vacant for a few months. 

The house passed inspection with only a few hiccups --(problems with the dishwasher and water heater), so we re-negoatiated the price. 

He's bought all the cleaning supplies and paint; and I've volunteered to help him get started.

We hope to have some before and after pictures posted soon.
