More About Me
..................In April 2008, I retired from LSU with 30 years of service. In my last position with the University, I was employed as the LaHouse Coordinator for the LSU AgCenter's permanent demonstration home Louisiana House Home and Landscape Resource Center (LaHouse).
At LaHouse, I taught consumers, builders, inspectors and other building professionals about building in the hot, humid climate of south Louisiana, including topics such as hurricane-resistance, energy-efficiency, flood resistance, termite and pest control and universal design concepts.
In addition, my experience includes designing, building, landscaping, and decorating my own custom home. Therefore, I can also help you envision changes that might enhance the livability of space both inside and outside your potential new home.
I look forward to helping you find the best home, at the best price, with the least amount of stress. Please feel free to contact me at Villar & Co. Real Estate to help you find the home of your dreams! Call me on my cell phone (225-715-3972), or at the office (225-744-2610) or send me an e-mail and we'll set-up a mutually convenient time to meet.
P.S. -- If you're not ready to meet in person, please browse through my website. I'm sure you'll find it full of useful and helpful resources.
THANKS!
